Who we share it with

We only share information needed for your service. This may include embassies, visa centres, immigration authorities, universities, employers, airlines and insurance companies. We do not sell your personal information.

Some documents may be processed by our Lisbon office. Both offices follow this policy.

WhatsApp and phone communication

We often speak with clients through WhatsApp and phone calls. Meta also processes WhatsApp messages under its own privacy policy. Do not send sensitive documents until our consultant asks for them.

Data retention and security

We keep your file only as long as needed for the service, legal duties and accounting. Only team members working on your case may access it. We use reasonable steps to protect your information.
